Horto Convento Hotel Florence

We loved the location of this place, it was situated in a beautiful palace in the heart of the city on a street with many restaurants to choose from. The service was fantastic, we had access to room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry. They also provided free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were great too as they provided ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe and garden furniture.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area.

I had an enjoyable experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable next to school and fabulous local restaurants and the tourist hotspots. Abundant breakfast, good service. Located off the beaten track, it was easy to find. I appreciated my time in this property😃

I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and fairly clean. Positioned in the very quite area, near the centre as well as good restaurants.

Horto Convento was a lovely place to stay in Florence. The location allowed for a more local experience while still being 15-20 minutes away from the main hustle and bustle. I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, the delicious breakfast selection, and the helpful recommendations for local restaurants from Giovanni.

New and special accommodations, with great staff and a convenient location to attractions. Room furnishings and amenities exceeded expectations. Easy cab transportation available. Breakfast provided by the kitchen team was delicious and satisfied every need.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel located in a peaceful residential area just outside of the bustling city center. It was great to be able to walk everywhere and explore the city at our own pace. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. The service was attentive and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and provided a good variety of options. being close to some good restaurants was a bonus.

It would have been nice to have a minibar in the room for convenience.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The hotel facilities were amazing with a small pool and seating area, and a beautiful garden covered with greenery where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy with excellent plumbing. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great service and keeping the hotel super clean. the hotel is located in an excellent location that provides easy access to the city center while still maintaining the tranquility of the area around the hotel.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
